LA-Sports Kidz is offering children an opportunity to receive valuable instruction on the fundamental and advanced skills of playing soccer. Participants will be exposed to the characteristics of what it takes to become a successful soccer player. Organized games between campers will be engaged in to ensure specific drills being taught are utilized appropriately. Contests built into drills will be implemented to motivate and educate players, ultimately resulting in attentive practices and great work ethics being demonstrated.
Drill progressions will be aimed towards recognizing and developing good playing habits in all aspects of the game. Emphasis on general courtesy, respect for teammates, coaches and opponents will be stressed as well.
This camp is for the BEGINNER as well as the ADVANCED soccer player. The coaching staff will make sure every child is evaluated and skill levels are matched accordingly during camp. The coaching environment will be creative and FUN!
All participants will be grouped according to AGES:
» 6-7 Rookies
» 8-9 Minors
» 10-12 Majors
» 13-14 Future All Stars
We will provide ALL the necessary equipment and supplies needed to have a wonderful soccer camp each week. However, children are welcome to bring items like:
- Shin Gaurds
- Artificial Turf Shoes
- Goalie Gloves
- Sports Bag (Must have NAME on it!)
Campers should wear appropriate attire for playing soccer for the forecasted weather conditions each day of camp. Please DO NOT allow your child to bring his or her own soccer ball to camp.

Your child can bring his or her lunch or purchase our Hot Lunch for $5.00. Each day we will offer a different delicious lunch item from our menu. Her are the menu items for each day of the week:
- Monday and Friday PIZZA
- Tuesday Sub Sandwiches (Turkey or Ham) w/chips
- Wednesday Tacos
- Thursday Burger or Hot Dog w/chips
All food items will be prepared sold by local Award Winning Food Trucks! We will not serve or allow campers to purchase soda from any of the food trucks. Throughout the day, fresh fruit and water will be available for ALL participants to SNACK on!
Our coaching staff consists of current and former Professional and Collegiate soccer players, local Elementary, Middle and High School soccer coaches. All staff members will be fingerprinted and background checked. Three coaches will be working with each age group to ensure every child is heard and has an opportunity to receive quality instruction.
Members of our staff are First Aid and CPR certified, however, staff will NOT administer medications. If your child needs medication throughout the day please arrange for a parent or a designate to come and do so. Also, please ensure this information is communicated clearly to the Camp Director and or Administrative Office Staff prior to your child first day at camp. This being said, in the case of an EMERGENCY situation, such as the administration of an EpiPen, staff will definitely administer the medication!
Regardless of the option you select your child will receive a LA-Sports Kidz camp T-shirt, Awards / Certificates, along with access to all of pictures and videos taken during camp.
We will only allow 30 children to participate in each age appropriate group. It is our goal to ensure your child voice is heard while they are learning from our expert coaching staff. In addition, we want your child to have substantial playing time during our organized games. To this end, ONLY 30 participants will be allowed to register for each age appropriate group.
