HOURS & WEEKS OF OPERATION

Camp will START on Monday June 21, 2010 and END Friday August 27, 2010. The daily camp hours will be from 9:00am until 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Camp will operate for 10 weeks. Listed below are the specific week and dates camp will be in operation.

ENROLLMENT POLICIES

ENROLLMENT LIMITED!!!

Our programs have always been limited to ensure that every child has the opportunity to be heard and is given the opportunity to learn in an environment that is comfortable. Registration will be based on a first come first serve basis. You will given the opportunity to register your child(ren) for as many days as you choose. You will not be forced to register for weeks or sessions like many other summer programs. Once you have registered your child(ren) online you will receive an email confirmation receipt for the days in which you have enrolled your child(ren).

Thousands of families are being invited to register their children and therefore it will be imperative that you register for the dates you want ASAP!!

REGISTRATION FEE

There is a one time registration fee of $50.00 per child. This fee is non-refundable and it allows us to offer a daily rate that is fair and reasonable. If your child has participated in camp previously you will NOT be charged the registration fee again.

SCHEDULE/DATE CHANGES

We recognize that for many families scheduling summer activities can be challenging. With that said the following is our policy as it pertains to rescheduling or changing registration dates for your child.

If you want to change or add days to your child’s account you can log in to your account and EDIT the days your child will be attending camp. NOTE: In the event you cannot figure out how to make these changes please CONTACT THE CAMP OFFICE and we will assist you. However, for last minute changes and absences we ask that you CALL or EMAIL us NO LATER than 9:00 a.m. of the day in question.

ABSENCES & MAKE-UP DAYS

Please call or email the camp office IMMEDIATELY to inform us that your child will not be at camp. There will be no refunds for days missed. However; if you call the camp office prior to 9:00 AM the day your child will be absent from camp a make-up day will be arranged based on availability. If you DO NOT call or email us prior to 9:00AM the day your child is absent NO make-up day will be considered.

HEALTH FORMS

A health form must be completed and signed by your family physicians prior to your child's first day of camp. The health form will be attached to your camp email confirmation upon successfully registering your child.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

• ATHLETIC SHOES - must be worn EVERYDAY
• TOWEL - EXTRA T-SHIRT and SHORTS - remember there's water activities EVERYDAY
• SUNSCREEN - should be applied at home in the morning. Camp staff will reapply more after lunch EVERYDAY. In the event your child requires special sun screen you must provide some.
• WATER BOTTLES - are good but we will supply cups for water
• HATS - are recommended
• BAG - to put all belongings in and remember to put your child's name on the bag

LOST & FOUND

We will not be responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen at camp. Please DO NOT allow your child to bring ANY toys to camp. In the event your child happens to lose an item of clothing (etc.) please check the designated lost and found containers at the camp entrance/exit.

ELIGIBILITY

BOYS and GIRLS Ages 4 - 5 will be offered the opportunity to engage in sports and leisure activities in ROOKIE CAMP. Our Rookie Camp program will be tailored and structured like our classes. All activities will take place in a separate area of the campus to ensure children are safe and in an environment that is conducive for learning and having FUN! While in Rookie Camp your child will be introduced to and participat in Miniature Golf, Arts & Crafts, Gymnastics, Basketball, Science, Soccer, Dance, Games, Puzzles, and Much-Much More!!

Enrollment will be LIMITED!!

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

BOYS and GIRLS Ages 6-12 will be offered the opportunity to engage in sports and leisure activities in ALL-STAR CAMP. Participants in our All-Star Camp will be invited and encouraged to choose from a variety of sports and leisure to participate in. Unlike many other camps we will structure all of ours activities so kids can visit different activities throughout the day without being made to participate in only one activity over another. In addition, campers will be free to participate in activities with friends of various ages. We will not subject kids to participating in activities only with certain age groups. Some of these sports and activities include Soccer, Rugby, Dance, Arts & Crafts, Golf, Tennis, Softball, and Lacrosse.All of our programs will be taught in an environment that is nurturing and FUN!!

Enrollment will be LIMITED!!
