What should my child wear to class?
Something comfortable to play in according to the weather forecast for the day – No special athletic attire or equipment required

 

How long is the class?
Each class is an hour with a 5min break halfway through the class

Do parents stay for class?
Yes, parents and or guardians do stay and watch the children participate in class

What happens if it rains?
In the event of in climate weather classes are canceled and additional class is added to the end of the session to ensure all six or eight weeks are completed. You will be contacted to inform you of the cancellation of class AND a message will be posted on the homepage of the Website informing all families of the cancellation of classes.

What if I miss a class, can I make it up?
All missed classes can be made up during your CURRENT session your child is participating in. Make up classes can be done at ANY location where we are offering the same age appropriate class your child is in. Classes are listed on the website and we asked that you call or email us to notify us of the location you will be visiting to make up a class.

Can I try the class first before I register?
No we do not allow children to try classes before registering. However, if you register your child for a class and he or she does not like it after coming to the first class we will refund ALL of your money.

My child has a friend in one of your classes can they be in the same class?
Yes, if both children meet the age requirement for the class they can be in the class together. Parents just have to be sure to register them both before the class enrollment maximizes.

Will I receive confirmation once I have registered?
Yes, after you have successfully registered your child online you will receive an email confirmation detailing your successfully registration of your child.

How old does my child need to be to start?
Your child must be 3 years of age to participate in LA-Sports Kidz classes

Where are classes held?
Please refer to the class page on the website for location information. If you do not see a location that is convenient for you and you want to START a class in your community please contact the LA-Sports Kidz office at 818-763-0304 or info@la-sportskidz.com

Are classes conducted in a competitive environment?
NO!! All classes are organized, structured and conducted in a NON-COMPETIVE environment to ensure children a having FUN while learning basic skills and fundamentals for playing sports.

How long is the session?
Ages 3 and 4 - Soccer and Baseball - 6 week Session(3 Soccer and 3 Baseball)Ages 5 and 6 - Adventures In Sports- 8 week Session(2 Soccer 2 Baseball 2 Football 2 Basketball)

How much does it cost for my child to participate?
Soccer and Baseball 6wk Session Cost: $150 Adventures In Sports 8wk Session Cost: $200

Are there any Holidays that classes will NOT take place?
Yes, during our 2007 – 2008 season there will be NO CLASSES held on the following dates; Nov 21st thru 25th (Thanksgiving) – December 24th thru Jan 4th (Christmas) – March 23rd (Easter) – May 26th (Memorial Day) and July 4th (Independence Day)

How many coaches teach each class?
Two coaches are assigned to each class.

 

What is your refund policy?

If your child attends the first class and does not like it we will refund all of your money. In the event your child attends two classes and does not want to return we will refund 50% of your money. If three or more classes are attended we will not refund any money.

What if I don’t feel comfortable doing an e-check on line?
If you are not comfortable w/ submitting an e-check on-line you can download the registration form here (Application) fill it out and send it in along with your check. Please note that mail is picked up every other day so you run the risk of loosing a spot if others register before your check is received.
