Camp Fees

Parents have many choices when it comes to enrolling their children in a summer program. We feel the cost to attend LA-Sports Kidz Summer Camp is reasonable, fare and consistent with the fees we currently charge for other services. Over the past 10 years we have never increased the prices for any of our programs or services. The only thing we have strived to increase is the quality of instruction, enthusiasm, and commitment to changing the lives of children through sports and leisure activities. The following chart will provide you with the cost information for attending our summer camp. Prices include Lunch on Mon, Wed, and Friday, T-Shirt, All Special Events, and a FULL DAY of FUN!!

Extended care will be available everyday from 7:00am – 9:00am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Parents must prepay for extended care and the cost will be $10.00 dollars per day for AM and or PM care. (YES - If you need care for am & pm - No worries - the cost is still just $10 dollars) Children who are NOT picked up by 4:15pm will be placed in extended care. Parents will be charged $10.00 for every 15min their child is in extended care after the 4:15 grace time.

Additional child(ren) in the same family will receive 5% discount on their camp fees. The discount will be applied to the least amount of weeks enrolled. First child does not receive a discount.

Each child will receive a LA-Sports Kidz Summer Camp T-shirt. Additional shirts can be purchased for $10. Children are encouraged to wear their camp T-shirts daily.

A Non- refundable Deposit of $150.00 per child is required to make and confirm reservation before June 1, 2009. This deposit will be credited towards your child’s camp fees. Final payment will be due in full for all reservations by June 1, 2009 and May 1, 2009 if you would like to take advantage of the early enrollment 5% discount. If payment in full is NOT received by June 1st or May 1st your reservation will be cancelled.

REGISTRATION FEE

There is a one time registration fee of $50.00 per child. This fee is non-refundable and it allows us to offer a daily rate that is fair and reasonable.

DISCOUNT/SCHOLARSHIPS

We understand there might be families who can not afford the regular rate for registering their child (ren) for camp. We recognize that children do not fully understand the economics of why they are at home and not at camp playing with friends. Therefore the following policy will be honored from April 18, 2009 through June 1, 2009.

Families experiencing financial hardship will be given the opportunity to register their child(ren) at the Daily Rate of $35.00 per day. This rate will ONLY be honored if a family is registering for 10 or More Days. To qualify for this discounted rate families MUST provide proof of income for 4 weeks and 2008 income tax documentation that clearly states the household income. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
